Welcome to AI Baby ("we," "our," or "us"). We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the AI Baby mobile application and related services.
Before the App first sends a photo for AI generation, it asks for your permission. You may decline; in that case, the App will not upload the selected photo or start that generation request. You can withdraw this permission at any time in Settings by turning off AI Photo Processing; future image-generation requests will then require your permission again.
When you use features such as AI Generate Baby or AI Age (older/younger), you may select or take photos. These photos may contain faces. We collect them only after you tap Allow & Generate, and use them to provide the image-generation request you choose. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising.
If you contact support, we may collect your email address and the content of your messages.
Face data is sensitive. This section explains exactly how AI Baby handles photos that may contain faces.
The App collects a photo that may contain a face only when you voluntarily select or capture a photo, choose an AI feature, and tap Allow & Generate. We do not collect or extract facial information from your device without that action.
We use face data solely to provide the feature you requested:
We do not use face data for advertising, marketing, profiling, AI model training, AI model improvement, or human review.
We retain your uploaded photos, generated images, and related generation-history records until you delete the relevant item from the App. When you delete a history item, we delete the associated record and content from our active service systems. Limited backups or security logs may persist temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
To create the image you request, we send the selected photo(s), including any faces shown in those photos, to Google LLC's Gemini AI service using the Nano Banana image-generation model. Google LLC processes the photo solely to generate the requested result on our behalf and provides the same or equal protection for this data as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not permit the photo to be used for advertising, training or improving AI models, or human review.
We do not sell your photos or face data. We may disclose information to service providers that operate our service, or when required by law, only as necessary for those purposes.

AI Baby is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to protect your data in line with this policy and applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects AI photo processing, we will seek permission again before sending a photo for that changed processing.
