Welcome to AI Baby ("we," "our," or "us"). We care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the AI Baby mobile application and related services.
By using AI Baby, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our app.
When you use features such as AI Generate Baby, AI Age (older/younger), or AI Baby Sticker, you may upload or take photos. We process these images to provide the service. We do not use your photos for advertising or sell them to third parties.
If you contact support, we may collect your email address and the content of your messages.
Face data is sensitive. This section explains exactly how AI Baby handles it.
The app collects face data only when you voluntarily provide it. Specifically, when you upload or capture a photo to use AI Generate Baby, AI Age (older/younger), or AI Baby Sticker, that photo may contain facial images ("face data"). We collect only the photo you submit for that single processing request; we do not collect or extract face data from your device without your action.
We use face data solely to provide the feature you requested:
We do not use face data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the requested result.
We do not retain face data. Your uploaded photo (including any face data) is used only to generate the result for that request. Once the result is generated and delivered to you, we delete the uploaded photo and do not store it. We do not keep face data on our servers or in our systems after processing. We do not store face data indefinitely; we do not store it at all after the request is complete.
If, for technical reasons, any copy is temporarily held (e.g., in short-lived cache or logs), it is deleted within 24 hours. Our design and policy are that face data is not retained.
Face data is processed on secure infrastructure (our servers and/or our contracted service providers) only for the duration of your request. It is not written to long-term storage. We do not maintain a database or archive of user face data.
We do not sell or share your face data with third parties for their own use. To provide AI processing, we may use contracted service providers who process the photo you submit only to produce the result (e.g., baby image, age effect, sticker). Those providers act under strict agreements: they process face data only to fulfill our instructions, do not use it for their own purposes, and do not retain face data after the response is sent. We do not share face data with any other third parties. If we are required to disclose data by law (e.g., court order), we will do so only to the extent required.
If a service provider processes face data on our behalf, their role is limited to generating your result. Under our contracts, they do not retain face data. They do not use face data for advertising, training their own models on your face, or any purpose other than delivering the single result you requested. We do not allow them to store face data after the request is complete.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
